Nageen A. Hashmi

Nageen is a financial executive with extensive experience in healthcare operations, corporate finance, and business management in the healthcare and food & beverage industries.

Prior to Co-Founding Gladeside Capital Partners, Nageen served as Chief Financial Officer for a multi-site healthcare organization, where she oversaw financial strategy and capital deployment.

Nageen holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Her training and experience brings a results-driven analytical perspective to the firm's investment decisions, leveraging her background in complex organizational leadership to support GCP's disciplined approach to private credit and business growth.

Haroon F. Hashmi

Haroon is an attorney at a global law firm, with extensive experience providing legal and business advice to some of the world's most preeminent organizations and business leaders.

Haroon has built his career and professional reputation on a unique ability to find innovative ways to maximize financial growth and business efficiencies while maintaining regulatory compliance and  risk mitigation.

Haroon holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and continuing education certificate from Harvard Business School. His combined legal and business experience shapes his perspective on private credit, emphasizing precision, structure, and strategic vision. As a licensed professional and business owner, Haroon is deeply in tune with the needs of GCP's partners.
